Content highlight:
Chef Dali hadn't been attached to F&B until 2-3 years ago, when COVID19 hit Europe and got him stuck there for over 9 months, and cooking as well as grocery shopping turned out to be the only enjoyable activities. Since then, the former financial investor threw himself into F&B industry with all the enthusiasm and dedication.
