podcast does help before sleep,i need to hear some voice and close my eyes to make me fall sleep quickly.Besides,we don't have so much our own quiet time for a Podcast at daytime

Yeah that usually makes it worse 😂 , better distract yourself from that thought.

这个我很有共鸣!!!我初高中几乎天天熬夜 学习和娱乐 不然我就感觉我在浪费时间(我坚信死后自会长眠) 但我上大学之后因为读英语被迫早起慢慢的就变成了老爷爷时间 刚开始我还会有怨言 慢慢的我发现脸色变好了 头发不容易出油了 以及每天都很情绪稳定和开心 (对我来说晚上就是很容易down 而稳定的睡眠和一日三餐可以让我觉得情绪稳定)而且随着白天事情越来越多 慢慢的晚上到点就困 慢慢的我们寝室都睡得越来越早啦

Struggling with the sleeping problem in my whole May, like fall asleep about 2:00am to 3 am, or just stay up till morning, and then sleep from 7 am to around 11 am. , it’s crazy, but it just happened. I think the main reason is about nervous and insecure, and then neck problem, and the habit of getting used to be sleep late because above 2 reasons. really hope it becomes better in the June
