AEE 2299: Do You Know these Expressions All Too Well?
to imply that you have certain expectations on someone or something.
is anyone you wish you know better in your life ?
it's kind of cool when you realized that you overlap部分重叠with someone in three different aspects in your life .
we have shared three huge aspects in life .

i know you VS i know you all too well .
1. i know you, means I'm familiar with you, i haven't understanding of you. 普通朋友普通关系
eg, i know you, i can't believe we are running into each other here. 我认识你
oh come on i know you, you're never ... dessert甜点,are you feeling ok ? 我懂你
2. i know you all too well, means really know it, very familiar with that person or the situation.
我可太了解了,有消极的意味
eg, i know the traffic in that area all too well.
( you have some feeling about it, it's probably bad, you know that, you have that inside, imply something in the negative side)
are you considering promoting 晋升Hilary?
yeah i know her all too well, i will reconsider.
( something wrong with Hilary here, andw it's not the right move to promote her, maybe promote someone else. )
i know you all too well, you definitly need to leave 20mins early .
3. I'm very familiar with...
eg, I'm very familiar with her work.
(she works good or bad depends on your tone.)
4. i know all about...
eg, i know all about that issue.
5. I'm well aware ... 我很自知 我很清楚
eg, I'm well aware of that .

so are we going to stop by Teddy's house to pick him up ?
honestly the traffic there will be horrible, can't he just meet us ?
i know the traffic here all too well, as long as we leave a little early we will be fine .
i know you, do you think you can get up early?you're always late.
I'm well aware , but i can do it .

14:59 I know you VS I know you all too well
1. I know u( I have a understanding of you, maybe a friend or acquaintance)
Ex: I know you, I can't believe we are running each other here.(我认识你)
Ex: Oh, come on, I know you. You would not skip the dessert. Are u feeling ok?(我懂你)
2. I know you all to well(to really know it.)
Tips:(there isa little subtext to it. There is a little more beneath the surface. Implying something negative. It's not necessarily sarcastic.)
Ex: I know the traffic in this area all to well.
Ex: Are considering promoting Hillary? yeah, I know her all too well.
So the difference between "I know u" and "I know u all too well" is that something they could be interchangebly, but "I know you too well" sounds a little bit negative.
Tips: pay attention to your tone of voice when u are ready vto use them.
3. I know all about…(add the tone of voice to get the same impact with this one too.)
Ex: I know all about that issue.
4. I'm well aware…
