when someone ask what you do and you feel uncomfortable .
i was a stay-at-home mom for a few years, the child-cared for two was more than my salary, so i resigned and home with kids.
Stop Asking People What You Do to avoid judgement .

1. sharing ways to re-define yourself .
if you're upset about your job, you should think about what else do you do, you're more than your job, what's your work-life balance ?
what can i do outside of work to make sure my life is more have joy.
