1. Introvert= a person whose interest is directed towards to their own feelings and thoughts.
2. extrovert= someone's attention is directed towards the outside world,they get energy from being around other people.
recharge my battery, resting space
3. extroverted-introvert= This is someone who's more outgoing than typical Introvert and their personality is nearer to the center of spectrum. They might be little introverted, but they have those extrovert tendency as wekl.
Tips:
1. plan time to recharge after socilizing.(plan some down time after interactions)
2. to be authentic, to be yourself.
3. U can recharge by asking questions when u feel drained during social interaction.
4. quality over quantity
5. connection but not perfection
