(All of them express confirmation)
1. giving someone something after a request for it. .(Here is what you ask for. )
👏most common, straightforward, physical
👏No difference between"there u go""here u go"
Nuance: "there" is requested.

👏A very friendly way to say" see, I was right, u see what I mean".
3. You did it or you've done well.
To acknowledge the efforts you've made, very encouraging.
Role Play
A: I think some good movies will be in the theater soon.
B:Yeah, wait its open next week.

have you been charging your phone outside of the bedroom ?
yes, and it's been helping, I'm sleeping better.
well, there you go, nice job.

all of them are expressing conformation of something .
conformation n. 构造;一致,符合;构象
1. it said when giving someone something, it usually a requests for it. means here's what you asked for, this is what you ordered.
eg, you give someone a book they asked for, you can say there you go.
a server服务生 giving you the food, they might say there you go.
here you go: could be you're just giving them something whether they are asked it or not, you might then need to explain why you giving it to them. most of the time you can use both.
2. you have demonstrated my point.
adj. 已证明的
v. 证明,证实;展示(才能);表露(感情);公众游行,demonstrate 的过去式与过去分词
similar meaning to say: you see what i mean, you're right, you're confirming the point someone has made. it's very encouraging too.
eg, you said"no one is hiring for a job", and a friend said they have ... a ton of palces and haven't heard back, and then you can say"see there you go."(I'm right, no one is actually hiring)
3. said to encourage, means more like you did it, you done well.
eg, after teaching a child to serve the volleyball排球 and they succeed many times, you want to say something to encourage that kid: there you go.
when someone can't think of a name, and they finally remember it : there you go.
( kind of a combination of number 2 and number 3, where you confirming that someone figure it out, but also like giving them little bit praises like oh you're the one that figure it out, good job.)

Role play :
i think some good movies would be in the theater电影院 soon.
yep,... can open next week.
wow there you go. ( you're confirming, you're approving a point )
i was at Costco and got you some of the chocolate巧克力you like, there you go. ( you're handing something to someone)
there you go, you're being so thoughtful. ( express thankful )
