Dr. Lei Su is the attending and medical director of Dr. Smile Vein Center Jinan. a standing committee member of the Vein Disease Professional Committee of the China Geriatrics Health Association, a member of the Vascular Surgery Branch of the Physician Association, and a committee member of the Vascular Surgery Branch of the China International Exchange and Promotive Association for Medical and Healthcare. Mentored by the renowned vein disease expert Dr. Zhang Qiang, they specialized in minimally invasive vein disease treatment techniques. They have also engaged in learning exchanges with Dr. Franceschi, the inventor of the CHIVA technique, excelling in lower limb venous ultrasound and hemodynamic assessment, and deeply studying the minimally invasive CHIVA treatment for varicose veins. They have been invited multiple times to speak at vascular disease academic conferences and participated as a surgical demonstration doctor in the 2018 and 2019 lower limb varicose vein CHIVA live broadcast and hemodynamics seminars. They served as a keynote speaker at the International Vein Disease Forum in 2019 and 2020. They published a popular science book on common lower limb diseases, “People Age, Legs Age First.” With a particular expertise in lower limb venous ultrasound and hemodynamic assessment and deep research into the minimally invasive CHIVA treatment for varicose veins, they have over 20 years of experience in vascular surgery and more than 8,000 cases of treatment experience, with patients from both domestic and international locations.
