Interviewee introduction
Dr. Xin Du is the attending and medical director of Dr. Smile Vein Center Beijing. She holds a Ph.D. in Vascular Surgery and is the general secretary of both the Phlebology Specialty Committee of the Chinese Aging Well Association and the Global Venous Forum. She is also a member of the Global CHIVA Program and the Asian CHIVA Consensus Expert Group.
Dr. Du has published several peer-reviewed academic papers and is the compiler of the Chinese version of the authoritative international textbook Rutherford’s Vascular Surgery. She has contributed to many books, such as Endovascular Surgery, Huang Zhiqiang’s Surgery, and Geriatric Cardiovascular Pathology. She has also been invited to speak at many national and international academic conferences.
